Our stays provide hotel-like amenities, toiletries, towels, & premium linens for every stay, workout equipment, along all the advantages of a home, like spacious kitchens and comfortable living spaces.

We advertise our suites here on our direct booking website. We also market them on other third-party rental sites.
Who are Sheer Perfect Stays guests, and how long are their typical stays?
Sheer Perfect Stays guests include those traveling for leisure, business, or corporate stays. Our stays range from one month to six months, with an average stay of three months.
Does Sheer Perfect Stays have a cleaning team?
After each stay, our professional cleaning team will inspect and clean each unit. If a guest stays for an extended period, we clean the apartment weekly upon request, for an additional cost.
Does Sheer Perfect Stays decorate for holidays or special events?
Yes! We understand that spreading cheer is important. So, we offer the ability to decorate for Christmas, birthdays, and other holidays. This is an additional cost, but we’re happy to do it!
Also, It’s important to note that we don’t allow “parties”, and there is a limit to the amount of people on site. So, please keep this in mind.
Does Sheer Perfect Stays have regulations in place?
All homes are non-smoking, parties are prohibited, pets are not allowed, and there is a 30-day booking minimum.
